I see Yoga as a therapeutic practice — a path that gently leads us toward calm, self-awareness and lasting personal growth. At Mi Asana Yoga, we believe in the transformative power of consistent, mindful movement to support both mental and physical well-being. My classes are open to all levels and designed with care and structure, so each student can develop a practice that feels grounding, empowering, and uniquely their own.

Fourteen years ago, I took my first steps into the sacred path of Yoga. What began as a personal search soon transformed into a powerful inner journey. Witnessing how deeply the practice reshaped my life, I felt the call to train as a teacher in the birthplace of Yoga: India. I studied with respected teachers at Himalaya Yoga Valley (Goa), Yog Nirvana (Rishikesh), and the Sharath Yoga Centre (Mysore).

In my classes, I integrate traditional Yoga philosophy, therapeutic breathing techniques, and mindful tools designed to reduce stress and ease the effects of modern-day anxiety. My mission goes beyond offering a temporary pause — I want to guide you toward falling in love with the present moment, cultivating inner harmony, and embracing real, lasting transformation.
